There is a brand new studio near me in Aledo that I love for these sessions! Let’s ditch the annual school portraits and go after the pictures you really want! Homeschool moms? This is totally for you, too!
What is the Classic & Candid Children’s Portrait Event?
The Classic & Candid Children’s Portrait event in Fort Worth And Dallas is a day of children’s mini sessions where the parents get to choose the type of portraits for their children! When I first asked about these, the response was totally a 50-50 split, making this an easy decision.
Option One: Classic heirloom portraits are a popular vignette portrait that has been around for more than one hundred years! That sounds crazy to say, but it’s absolutely true. The blurred white vignette gives a very fine art look to this classic style.
Option Two: A modern close-up children’s portrait. These candid photos are light hearted, fun, and let your child’s personality truly shine! These can be purchased in either black and white or color. I love these for kids who aren’t the “smile at the camera” type, or the ones who can make everyone laugh!
